Via Kym is a woman committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle.  She ascribes to the view that healthy living is the one way to look and feel good. Feeling good is the result of hydrating your body with good water, healthy food choices and regular exercise. 

"As a certified Zumba Instructor, I LOVE ZUMBA!  My classes don’t seem like exercise, they’re fitness parties!  Join me for classes around the metro Detroit, Michigan area.  Ditch the work out and come a have a funky Good time! Dancing to all the flavors of music: Salsa, Reggeton, Merengue, Mambo, Rumba, the list goes on and on. We can do it on land or in the water. What's your preference? I'm here for YOU!"

Via also understands the importance of giving back to help others.  Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work she has developed the Keeping Kid’s Busy Network to provide parents with information on safe, fun and enriching afterschool activities for their children.  I`m going to do this  by introducing the Kids to health and fitness concepts that they can easily understand. Then were going to have a Zumba Kids Class, and dance the time way. Come on and join in on the FUN!!!!
